During his twenty-year career, Mr. Reznik have co-founded several successful businesses, including Blue Spire LLC, a management consulting and advisory firm helping early stage and emerging growth companies achieve their strategic, and financial objectives; Tango Equity Inc., a New York-based M&A Advisory Firm; and Eons Ahead Inc., a New York-based new media and branding agency. There, he led the company through two years of phenomenal growth before its acquisition by Streamedia Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: SMIL)

Prior to joining Labyrinth Advisors, LLC. Mr. Farbiarz was the Founder and President of Summer Advisors LLC and Summer Advisors LTD., from 2003 to 2013 which held the assets of variety of investments including his affiliation with Westcap Securities, Inc., a registered broker dealer specializing in Corporate Financing , which Mr. Farbiarz spearheaded the New York operation.
From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Farbiarz co-founder served as President/CEO of Tristar Ventures., LLC, which held the interests in Real Estate ventures as well as Seaboard Securities, Inc., a full service broker dealer registered with FINRA and Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Farbiarz’s responsibilities included Managing Director in Seaboard Securities, revitalizing the broker dealer including increasing revenues to 25 million per anum in 1999. Additionally, Mr. Farbiarz raised capital for public and private companies, structured corporate finance transactions, Private Placements, Initial Public Offerings, Secondary Offerings as well as debt and equity financing.
Mr. Farbiarz was a Registered Principle with all accompanying license with the proper regulatory agencies until 2009. Mr. Farbiarz was an investor and in private business owner before fully committing to the finance industry.
