Oleg A. Reznik
Managing Partner
Mr. Reznik’s credentials span from equity, debt and M&A assignments to strategic advisory services to emerging growth and middle-market companies.
Mr. Reznik is a founding member of Labyrinth Advisors LLC, private commercial real estate mortgage brokerage company serving the national commercial real estate sector. While at Labyrinth, Mr. Reznik has completed over 30 capital raises and private debt transactions, as well as provided strategic guidance to several US companies in Initial Public Offerings on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Most recently consulted on a post-merger integration of iLand Green Technologies Inc., a Swiss Solar product manufacturer, and Xunlight Corporation, a Toledo Ohio based thin-film solar panel manufacturer, with main focus on operations, systems and sales and marketing. Guided Blue Spire Real Estate LLP, private Hospitality focused REIT, in operational systems set up, strategic and branding direction.
In 2002, Mr. Reznik co-founded Tango Equity Inc., a New York-based M&A Advisory Firm. While at Tango Equity, Mr. Reznik participated in a number of M&A and fundraising transactions and developed extensive relationships within the banking and private equity communities. In late 2005, Tango Equity Inc. merged with Capitoline Advisors Inc., a New York-based lender focused on bridge financing to micro-cap public companies.
Prior Tango Equity, Mr. Reznik served as a Senior VP of Interactive Services at Streamedia Communications Inc. from 1998 to 2001. In this role, he oversaw its U.S. branch office network, maintaining operational excellence and quality service delivery. Specifically, his responsibilities included setting strategic direction, supervising client projects, managing internal operations, and building new businesses. Mr. Reznik also developed Streamedia’s internal strengths and played a key role in shaping the business strategies that led to dramatic marketplace results for such clients as Aerosoles International Group, Orange Glo International and Dover Corporation.
In 1996, Mr. Reznik founded Eons Ahead Inc., a New York-based new media agency. There, he led the company through two years of phenomenal growth before its acquisition by Streamedia Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: SMIL)
